N海都记者 吴臻/文 毛朝青/图 海都讯“我第一次使用共享汽车，本想图个方便，不想却惹来一身麻烦。”昨日下午，福州的蒋女士向本报热线投诉，当天她约了一辆GOFUN共享汽车，然而中途该车却突然没电，连车带人困在金山大桥上，她向客服反映后，对方要求其自行联系拖车前来救援，且等待过程中，APP还在收费。 预约成功共享汽车没想到电量不足 昨日下午4时许，海都记者来到仓山往台江方向的金山大桥桥面时，蒋女士和家人正站在路边。此时，一辆车牌号为闽D06160的共享汽车停在桥面上。蒋女士告诉记者，当天中午她准备从闽侯大学城的江夏学院到福新路新华都附近。蒋女士说，她第一次用手机APP预约了一辆GO?FUN共享汽车。 预约时，她输入了要去的目的地后，预约就成功了。“上车时，我没听到没电的提示音。”蒋女士说，她完全没注意到该车的电量不足。当车子行驶到金山大桥时，突然停下了。 “我当时不停地踩油门，车子就是不前进。重启汽车，车依旧没动。”蒋女士说，她打开手机APP，发现车子的电量还能行驶 1km。 “车上还放着一些生鲜物品，我只能让家人赶来，把东西先带走。” |
